Our plan has 4 levels of hospital and emergency coverage with additional riders for doctor visits, dental, vision, prescriptions, critical illness and accident disability.
Each plan is custom tailored to meet your needs. You can choose the benefits packages you need to meet your financial and health needs while opting out of coverage and benefits you do not need.  

The plan and all riders are guaranteed issue and no health questions will be asked.  Everyone is granted membership and can then choose from the various coverage levels to design the plan they want.

The PrimeCare Plus is available to individuals and families as well as employer groups of any size.
